Scranton Area Community Foundation Awards $8,000 Community Needs Grant to The Deutsch Institute to help with the renovation of Robinson Park.

The Deutsch Institute is honored to announce the receipt of an $8,000 Community Needs Grant from the Scranton Area Community Foundation to help fund the renovations of Robinson Park. Once completed, the community building will be used to provide recreational and wellness programming to people with disabilities and the surrounding community. Located on the city’s east mountain, Robinson Park is the second largest park in Scranton.
